How may we assist you

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments must be made in full via debit/ credit card or PayPal before order processing can commence.

WHEN WILL I GET ME ORDER

We aim to process orders within 14 Working days, working days do not include Saturday or Sundays which takes processing time to nearly 3 weeks. 

We advise contacting us or adding a note to your order if order is required by a specific date

CHRISTMAS ORDERING

Orders required to be processed in time for Christmas delivery should be placed by the 31st October  Orders placed after this date CANNOT BE guaranteed to be processed in time for Christmas 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For internet shop orders where personalisation of the product has been ordered no refunds will be given, the order will only be replaced if they are found to be faulty, incorrect or damaged. 

Faulty orders must be returned within 7 days for refund or replacement.

Please contact PYT Creations before returning order so we can advise of best method of returning. In many cases if we are in error you will receive a prepaid postage label.

Postage charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Returned goods must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. Please ask at the post office for a free certificate of postage.

Please carefully follow the garment care instructions given in the product description.

and in the leaflet provided with your product.

DO NOT DRY CLEAN

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

DO NOT IRON ON THE PRINT

WASH IN A COOL WASH

DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTNERS

DO NOT USE BLEACH

WASH INSIDE OUT

As many product logos and art are applied using heat, failure to follow these instructions may result in the print being damaged or / and fading.

PYT Creations cannot offer replacement products to items that have not been cared for using the above listed methods.
